I'll piss in my foot locker before I piss in the bilge. That way I don't have to leave the helm, that and according to Glen it's dirtier than my bilge.

Haha. I don't even let people pee in the head. There's water all around us.

I used to spend a lot of time on the computer at work, and now that I'm retired I do less and certainly avoid the tech when on the boat. Since the word "knot" has nautical meaning for speed measurement and used to attach hooks to fishing line, it all fit together. So I'm not online anymore, I have a knot on my fishing line. Your boat name has to have a double meaning too if you can work that in cleverly.
I have to admit I've never peed in the bilge on any of my boats though.

I like Knot Online. It’s a nice separation of grinding and enjoying. This just hit me today, and I’m not sure I love it. But, I kind of like the name “Why.” It’s not a question, it’s the reason why.

Some name their boat based on career field, experiences, family heritage etc. provide a little info and you’ll be surprised at the many creative names and play on words this group will share. When I owned my orange sailfish my fishing buddy got a kick out of calling it Orangasm All great posts! Thanks.
I have seen a lot of boats named after professions. My favorite was Guns and Drugs. Turns out he owns a pharmacy and a gun shop, but such a great name. For me, the boat is kind of an escape from the grind, so I'm leaning away from that. The most important things for me, in order, are simple: Christ, family, country. My other hobbies include music. I play the double bass and accordion. I've played in orchestras, salsa groups, cover groups, show bands, tango, Neapolitan song, originals etc. Big fan of country music. I can't think of any musical references that I love. I typically like ironic names like My Last Boat #2. Or something like that.
I might just stop thinking for a bit and see if anything just happens to pop up. It seems like there are a lot of great names that weren't forced, but rather just happened.
“Tuned Out” or “Reely Tuned Out” Get away from work but references one of your passions. “Father’s Day” Father can be Christ or you and either way it celebrates one’s day of rest and relaxation.

Good suggestions. I like something along the lines of 'Tuned Out'. Or 'Tuna-ed Out'. I guess I'll know it when I hear it.

On the ironic theme you reminded me of a favorite that used to be in my old marina..."Never Again II". I always thought that was clever and funny.
