At a check up at his pediatrician today. He's taken the reigns of tallest person in our family, ever afik. It's sorta strange looking up to my 16 yr old.

I know the feeling my son tower's over me. But we still have the advantage of fear on our side.

I have a 16 year old as well. He's already taller than my wife. Not 6.5 tall, but he's getting up there. He's also more handsome than me with better hair and more friends.

That height may come in handy with those long gaff shots.

6-2 son - I have not gotten use to him being taller Me either although it hasn't been that long. I'm working on trying to convince myself that I'm just shrinking.

Not really. I'd be happy to have kids towering over me. Or, even grandkids. I'm 5'6" and I'm the tallest in the family (3 kids, 5 grandkids). I think my grandson in Texas will get beyond the 5'6" barrier but the rest are as tall as they'll ever get.
