New to this forum. I have a 2018 275DC with a Sureshade, twin 150 Yamahas. I live in the Pensacola, Fl area. I have owned the boat about 18 months. I trailered it for a few months but I decided to drystack it at a marina, which is very convenient, but not cheap. Since buying this boat, I did some upgrades/replacements including Marinemat snap-in flooring, JL amplifier and speakers, Fusion stereo head, and a Stryker LED searchlight. My first SF, I have had several other boats in my 40 years of boating, but this is the largest, most comfortable and probably the last boat I will have. I enjoy a little inshore fishing, watching the Blue Angels airshows, and anytime in the boat. Happily retired. Looking forward to sharing experiences on the SF and boating.

Welcome aboard, always nice to hear someone enjoying their boat. I have a 2018 245 DC and agree, super comfortable, very versatile. Love mine.

Welcome boatfly and glad you are on the forum! I have a 2017 275 DC and am retired too, down the coast from you in Cape Coral. Love the boat and just added autopilot and radar as my most recent upgrades. Looking forward to hearing your inputs on the forum since your 40 years of boating should have taught you a thing or two that no doubt will be helpful to others here!

Don't know how I missed this earlier. Welcome aboard! I've been using one boatel or another for years. They are convenient for a lot of reasons, but yes - expensive.
