No, sadly I didn't catch it, but my son-in law brought over some of the bluefin he caught. Decided I like it more than yellowfin and the Admiral agrees. Took 2 1/2 hours to get it to the boat. 350 pounds.

I didn't ask him, but I suspect it was around the Virginia/North Carolina line and could have been either state.

Wow, what a catch. He may need a bigger boat! My thoughts exactly. That fish is about the largest he could get aboard.
I thought about how much fun it would be to try and bring something that size into my boat. It would be challenging to say the least. Not sure it would fit through my transom door and without a block and tackle I'd say darn near impossible. But, I like challenges and somehow, someway we'd get it aboard.
