Hi all, purchased 2004 Sailfish 234 WAC with yamaha OX66 250. Did regular maintenance on the motor. It starts and runs perfetly, has 800h on it. Rebuilt faded LCDs on Yamaha gauges and old radar/fishfinder. Does anybody know if a fresh water washdown pump is the same for the sink inside and the hose in the back? None works and wire is disconnected from the switch. Will investigate further. Also, does it have a raw water pump? Thanks a lot. I will be sticking around.

Welcome and congrats! The OX250 is a workhorse. I can't answer your questions and I think our only active member that had that model sold his some time ago, so you might be on your own to figure those things out but shouldn't prove to difficult with some exploring.

Welcome aboard. I would think that you would only have one pump feeding all your fresh water. I have one pump feeding 3 locations on my 2008 model. Sink inside console, sink on leaning post and shower on transom.

Welcome to the forum. Hope you get the pump issues resolved and let us know what you find and post pictures of your work in DIY. I too suspect you'd only have one pump for fresh, and one for raw, but I'm not familiar with your boat.

Welcome, and please post a response showing what you learned as you resolve your pump issues. As others have said, I think its likely that you have one freshwater pump for the whole boat...not sure if your washdown is raw or fresh water. Mine is raw water. My freshwater pump runs the galley sink, head sink, head, and transom shower. Raw pump fires up the washdown, and I have another pump that runs raw water into the baitwell.
