When you look in the stern you will see a built up area mine is on the port side. That's where you want to go. BTW, I just opened the door for fishnfool to give me shit over that dirty area before I cleaned it. Mine is a 2007, 2360

I installed my B175 on the port side and not on the pad area. No issues.

Correction, I installed mine on the starboard side, the pad was on the port. I wanted it on the starboard side for weight distribution purposes.

I did mine (B175) on starboard side. Couldn’t get to the port side because of freshwater tank.

Thanks guys. I had shoulder surgery yesterday so gonna be a few weeks before I get at it. While I have some of your attention, I have a trim or tilt leak on my starboard motor. I had the caps done on the motor when I bought the boat 3 years ago and the port side done last year. I see the fluid only on the anode below the motor.... Any ideas?

Sounds like it time for a DIY project when your feeling better. It's a straightforward easy project to replace the seals. Did you have Rotator cuff surgery, that can be a painfull few weeks.

Ya exactly...Had a torn labrum and some other issues taken care of. Ill probably remove the whole assemble and find the leak that way..
