Fuel is always top on my mind when making longer runs...I am obsessed with watching the mpg or gph during the trips. I have found on my 245 the gauge for my Verado 300 to be pretty spot on but it makes me wonder what would be a better and more accurate measure of fuel consumed? - Manufacturer gauges? (Command Link, VesselView) - Fuel Flow Meter? (Garmin GFS 10)
Should I add a Fuel Flow meter for better piece of mind?

I think you can adjust calibration on those command link gauges. How I don’t know….

I think you can adjust calibration on those command link gauges. How I don’t know…. Should have looked earlier: Fill the fuel tank to the top. Press the MENU button on the gauge. Select "Reset" from the menu. Select "Calibrate Fuel Gauge" from the reset menu.
