I thought so too at first! I was afraid he was going to get eaten by a sperm whale Good luck with your project! Hahaha Speaking of adding to the spread, I picked up few of those rattle lures you recommended last year. Going to give them a try this July. I hope the recovery is going well! Great, I think you'll like them. That mylar green/chartreuse has been dynamite. It's the 1st thing put out every morning. We run it furthest back right in the middle. I use a 9" bird in front of that one. If they really start smacking, I'll run a 7" bird with one on the rigger. Get rid of the rigging they come with (hooks are terrible). Go get a pack of red faceted beads at the craft store .Tip of hook hanging below skirt about 1/2 " or so. I usually rig them on 100 lb floro and a short shank 5/0 or 6/0 hook. She's doing good. We got a 2nd opinion after some additional research and poor feedback on the original local surgeon. We decided to go to a top Doc at UPMC in Pittsburgh that had a fantastic rep. A rehab approach is the course of action we are taking. So, things are looking up. If it goes well , we can still shoot down to our place for a 3 week trip at end of May & beginning of June. Plus ,we should be good for Hatteras again for 5 or 6 weeks in the late summer/early fall. Hopefully she won't have any problems deer hunting this fall. Thanks for the thoughts.

That's good to hear, there's no therapy like reel therapy And thanks for the tips and tricks. BF seem few and far between that time of year so I'd be happy with any sort of BF action.

Glen has volunteered to paint these on my hull bottom in exchange for a dunk in the pool after and a margarita.
