Due to stacking of common ground jumpers between my 4 batteries I had 2 negative battery studs (2 middle batteries) stacked to high for the nylon of the SS nylon lock nut to grip on the 5/16 battery stud. Surprisingly Google turned up this at Batteries Plus store. Local store had in stock. $4.99 per pair seemed like a good deal to me considering packaging had the "marine" word on it. Nice, I need those. Ever since I added my 2 ACRs and a second battery charger, I have had four connections on 2 of my 4 batteries. It takes really careful packaging and orientation of the wires to connect the four leads, especially on the thick 2/0 wires.

I am certainly no expert on electrical systems, but haven't most people moved away from wing nuts on battery terminals?

I am certainly no expert on electrical systems, but haven't most people moved away from wing nuts on battery terminals? No wing nuts on battery terminals! Not an ABYC standard.
