Hard to tell, it is really camouflaged good by the camper paint job.

How is that even legal?? If I was driving anywhere near that setup I would get off the road fast!! P.S. how did they get the boat on top of the truck and is that truck frame structurally sound anymore??

That is illegal in FL. I have seen a number of times a pulled over truck pulling a trailer with a boat hooked up to trailer.
