I just ordered that small polishing pad set. It was really cheap so my expectations are low. Will let you know how it is.

I hear ya, but being so cheap if they polish an area that can't be reached and work well then tossed out it's a few bucks well spent.
BTW 1000 posts you talk to much...lol

Marine 31 is great for mildew and I like Plexus to clean my curtain glass/vinyl.

Attachment DeletedDo you think this type of pad would be okay to use with the smoove procut.

I started using these foam pads a couple years ago cuz I was freaking out on all the mess the wool pads were making.

Do you think this type of pad would be okay to use with the smoove procut. No, not for Procut 1000 if you have light to heavy oxidation use the white WOOL pad just like in the video I posted. Maybe that sponge will work with the polish, but a yellow wool polish pad would be better. If you dont need a heavy cut you could probably get away with a yellow wool polish pad.

I've been pretty impressed with Woody Wax on the floor. I heard about it's recommendation here on this forum. You do have to spend some time cleaning the fiberglass real good before you use it. I wet the floor and then sprayed the living sh*t out of it (much more than the recommended amount) then came back the next day with a dry towel and polished it up. I've been amazed at how the dirt and grit washes right off. I haven't had any fish blood on it yet though.
As for hull wax I use Mequier's Premium Flagship wax. Not sure if it's better or worse than others but it does a good job and is available right around the corner at Autozone.

Thanks I do have two white wool pads their just bigger 8" which I will use. I was just wondering if the foam pad would work onil becauce of it's smaller size.

Watch that vid he's the owner, he gives a good tutorial on how the product works and how to apply it. If you do it just like he shows you'll get great results.

Yes sir will do . I just found 6" white wool pads ordered 2 with the smoove procut thanks.
Started snowing here a few hours ago they raised the totals 10" plus. I don't think I'll be spending time on the boat anytime soon.

Given limited time during the week and the need to spend available weekend hours on the boat I use Aquatic Composites out of Malabar, FL They bring all the products, tools, and labor. Use mainly the Starbrite brand to clean up after bloody fishing trips.

I am a big fan of the Star Brite products. I use the Citrus wash and wax and there marine deep clean wax to get the job done. Almost time to get the boat out and give it a clean!

Almost time to get the boat out and give it a clean! Wishful thinking didn't you guys in Rhode Island just get slammed with this storm also. Single numbers for overnight lows the next three days.

Yeah we got hit pretty hard. But after the next few days of freezing temps next week (starting Saturday or Sunday) we are seeing high 40s
