I have been tasked with selling my father in laws 18 whaler, he's just not capable of using it anymore. It was put up for the winter in late 2017, wasn't run at all last year. He has always been very religious of putting stabil in the fuel. I'm not sure if he fogged the motor or not, its about a 20 year old Honda 4 stroke 90 hp, I know it ran fine when he last used it, about 18 months ago.
I'm thinking pull the plugs, and spray some kind of lubricant in the cylinders, wd 40, pb blaster, 2 stroke oil, and let it sit for a while, then spin the motor with no plugs, then put in clean plugs. I guess I'm also going to need to drain the tank, I'm guessing it's going to be about 60 gallons. Best way to dispose of that fuel? Thinking of putting in 5 gallons at a time in a fresh tank in my F150. Check and charge the battery, add fresh fuel, and see if it fires up. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I always use my year or more old gas from my generator in the truck. Works just fine.

Vehicles can handle old gas just fine, especially if it's mixed with "fresher" fuel from the pump. They burn the most gas so it runs right through it. You never know how long the fuel has been sitting in the ground-tank at the gas station anyways.
After you burn through that 60 gals you can always change the fuel filter in F150 if it makes you feel better.
