Inexpensive way to make flushing your Motors much easier. A $5 hose quick release attachment connected to your motor. Same attachment on the end of your hose quick release the spray nozzle and flush your motor no more twisting the fitting on and off the motor.

What I really want to do is make some kind of attachment to tie both motor washout fittings into one. Then I want to run the hose through one of the splash well covers. I would like to have a fitting inside the boat that the hose can be attached to flushing out both motors at the same time. I've thought about this for years but never moved forward to make it work. I see on new boats this is exactly what has been done to make flushing less of a P.I.T.A.

I like it, I hate having to lean over the back trying to screw the nozzle onto the attachment.

Ya Chris really makes it easy. You still have to lean over but it's very fast. The attachment on the end of the hose has a, on / off lever. So no walking back and forth to the silcock.

Looks good I have thought about those exact garden hose fittings. Mine is on a lift so I need something to keep from falling in the drink. Rag’s

I have those installed since my former 2680. They are great help. I also have a Y hose that connects both engines at the same time to one hose, so I can flush both motors togheter, hose has to have good pressure. Have a friend that owns a Worldcat that had the system Glen is saying with a fitting inside the boat installed, is pretty cool.

Yes sir that it is. I had the two of them together years ago. Also works well.
