Factory battery set up - 3 batteries, 1 house and 2 starting, run through a single engine switch and single house switch, connected with two VSR's.
Is this diagram taken from Blue Seas site consistent with how SF wired the switches/batteries?
Notes: •ON—Port engine battery is connected to port engine circuit, starboard engine battery is connected to starboard engine circuit, circuits are isolated. •COMBINE BATTERIES—House and Start batteries are combined and connected to House loads and engine circuit.
•ON—House battery is connected to House loads. •COMBINE BATTERIES—Starboard engine battery and House battery are combined and connected to House loads and starboard engine circuit.

That's not completely correct.
First I think that those are the Blue Sea Systems switches. Is that correct?
Hard to tell, but are they the Dual Circuit Plus or 4 position? Basically are there 4 our 3 connections on the back.
I will assume that it is a Dual Circuit Plus since you mention Combine and not 1+2.
For the switch on the left (lets call it start switch), when in combine mode, Port Start Battery and Starboard Start Battery are combined for engine circuit. If the switch on the right (lets call it house switch) is in ON, the engine circuit gets nothing, but if it is in Combine then the House circuit feeds the engine circuit as well.
So, if you place both switches in Combine, you can draw power from all three batteries.
