'05 236- Today, to my surprise, my bait well was full and I did not turn on the switch? After taking the boat out, I noticed water was coming out of my bait well scupper. After further inspection, I noticed the flapper was missing on my scupper. When I compared the bait well scupper to the the one next to it that drains the cockpit, they are of course different. It appears the pins (nipples) that come out of the sides of the scupper are half-way up from the bottom where the other scupper's pins are 2/3's the way up and seem to be the more common type to replace. Has anyone had to replace one of these? If so, I would appreciate any input as where to find one. I believe the brand is Orcas?? Thanks

You have 2 drains side by side on both port and starboard? That’s what I have and only one on each side has the flap. Happens to be the deck scupper drain. My livewell drain (in leaning post) is on port side, no flapper.
So, if I close the baitwell drain, open sea cock, open inlet spigot, baitwell will fill via high speed pickup. Pump switch not required.

Thanks for the info. I can't be positive perhaps the outlet for the live well did not have a scupper flap and is only a port. Makes sense.

The well will fill from the pickup side, I believe this is what you are seeing,. The high speed pickup has water pressure on it while running, supplies wash down and live well. I added ball valve in supply line to live well to stop mine when I didn’t want it to fill.

The bottom of live well is several inches above deck level, no need for drain flap, you can see drain plumbing thru transom access door.

No drain flap on my livewell. As said, check and close the seacock to the pick up.
