Having a issue with my one motor I think its fuel related due to how gd the motor runs for how it's running.thw boat used to run 47-50mph now down to 40 with the one motor running at 4700rpm .I'm wondering if anyone has had issues with the pickup clogging up. My dads proline was full of welding splatter before.

I had this problem with an old boat. It was ethanol related. The "bad" gas dissolved the hardened gas bits (varnish) inside the tank and that stuff clogged up everything. I cleaned the carbs several times before removing the tank, cleaning it best I could, then adding a pair of water separating filters inline which had to be changed often for a while. I also replaced all the fuel line with the next size up. I finally got that boat running tip top then blew out the lower unit. Now we have non-ethanol again and if I had that at the time I may not have had any issues with that old boat. I was really on the fence about using ethanol free in this boat since using ethanol from day one would mean never having that varnish but the way boat gas can sit for a while it makes no sense to put in ethanol and have the phase separation issue which will do more damage. There are a lot of filters, and I'm using the ring free so hopefully that takes care of it.

What boat and motors?
I would think if it was fuel related both engines would be impacted which leads me to conaider engine mechanics first e.g. front fuel filter, VST filter, water/fuel separator filter and then injectors. Also have someone check the primer bulb when this happens, which could be collapsing starving your engine of fuel.
If there is a fuel problem (varnish etc) it will certainly show up in the VST filter and possibly the front the fuel filter.
Edit oops noticed this was from July 1st so assume you resolved by now? What was the cause?
