My 2860 2011 came with Yamaha SWSII SDS 19" props. I swapped them out after a couple months with Mercury Rev 4's in 19" because I usually have a heavy load since I use her for charters here in Key West. They offer better holeshot, faster cruise and a better hold in rough water. I did lose a few hundred RPM and only get about 5400RPM WOT now on my Yamaha F250 4.2L's. These are great props but I miss how smooth the SDS props were and some top end speed.

I run sandbar and island trips down here but I do fish with my 2860 on days off. Check out my site www.boundlesscharterskeywest.comThere is another guy who runs a Sailfish for fishing charters and is doing really well. I only need to produce a low tide and pass out the drinks!

Hey your picture above was used by Sailfish in the email I got today from SF on the family spotlight. They have acutely used a bunch of my pictures in the last couple years. They have reached out asking for any good pictures. It’s pretty cool to support this brand that I love. I even asked for a full wrap Sailfish 32’ to parade around key west. Well, no reply on that yet...lol
