My horn recently stopped working and I am looking for replacement suggestions from the experts on the forum. Any one replace theirs yet? What did you go with?
I have confirmed it isn’t a power or switch Issue in case there were any thoughts it could be that.

I replaced mine 2 years ago with FIAMM 5190512 MARINE HORN WITH STAINLESS STEEL GRILL, 1 PACK. $26 I bought it on Amazon. It was the exact model as the old one, same mounting pattern. And it still works.

I need to replace mine too. It works..sometimes. But, when it does, it has this embarrassing tone. It's really sissy sounding.

I have a 13' Whaler Sport as well that I installed a horn when renovating it. The horn I bought on the cheap (I should have known better) is more a screech that any other audible sound. It is HORRIBLE sounding and not effective at all and I would use the whistle before the horn!

I really like the sounds of the horns on my Albemarle. Nothing like air horns piercing your ears. The downside is not so good in a smaller boat (was 27'). Spray and boat washing would clog up the hoses from the pumps with water requiring regular clearing out and the salt would clog up the mechanism in the horn requiring disassembly, cleaning and reassembling. But, when they worked it sounded like the boat was a 50 footer.
