For those of you that keep your boat on a mooring; can you share some pros/cons of it?
Not so much about the launch to/from but more about no fresh water for engine flushes, upkeep with cleaning, corrosion and other insights.
Thanks for your input!

No experience on mooring front, but how's that 325 treating you?

No experience on mooring front, but how's that 325 treating you? Having a great summer on the Bee Hive for sure! I love this boat!!! Both fishing and family friendly with some really great days on Nantucket Sound, Lewis Bay, Cotuit Bay, East of Chatham, and some days hanging out on the public moorings on Martha's Vineyard. Thanks and hope you and everyone else are having a great summer as well!

We did have a discussion previously about mooring. Perhaps you could get one of them to help:

We did have a discussion previously about mooring. Perhaps you could get one of them to help: Thanks Hookedup. I appreciate you taking the time to send me this earlier discussion link. Great discussion! I've been on a Mooring list for 12 years and finally have option to get one for a very reasonable cost in comparison to the annual cost of a boat slip. With that said; I love the slip we have as it has secure dockage, water, electricity, parking, a marine store, and bathrooms. I'm a nut with keeping this boat clean and flush my motors often. It provides easy access to load/unload everything/everyone. Not having the availability of flushing my motors and wash/rinse the salt away after a day on the water concerns me. Lots to think about before making a move I may regret. Tough decision!
